Tic-Tac-Tussle

Privacy Policy

Effective September 8, 2026 · v1.0

Tic-Tac-Tussle is an offline, N-player Tic-Tac-Toe game for Android and iOS. It's built to be played entirely on your device — against friends passing the phone around, or against the built-in CPU opponents — with no server, no account, and no internet connection required.

This policy explains, plainly, what that means for your data: in short, there isn't any to explain.

01Information we collect

None. Tic-Tac-Tussle does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information, usage data, or device identifiers. There is no account to create, no sign-in, and nothing is ever sent from your device to us or to anyone else.

02What's stored on your device

The app saves a small amount of preference data locally, using standard on-device storage (SharedPreferences on Android, NSUserDefaults on iOS):

All of it stays on your device. It is never uploaded, synced, or made visible to us. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in your device settings, erases it completely.

03Third parties

Tic-Tac-Tussle does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services. There are no ad networks, no tracking pixels, and no software development kits that phone home.

04Children's privacy

Because the app collects no information from anyone, it collects none from children either. Tic-Tac-Tussle is safe for players of any age under this policy without qualification.

05Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for instance, if a future version of the app adds a feature that does use data — this page will be updated and the effective date above will change accordingly. Since the app has no way to contact you directly, checking back here is the way to stay informed.
